XLR8 is a company that brings together the experience of practitioners in different fields relating to Innovation, Start-ups, Risk Finance, Digital Transformation.
XLR8 contributes its extensive knowledge and expertise in innovation management, open innovation, digital transformation and promotion, fintech and support for high-tech start-ups in incubation. XLR8 also leads EU-wide research on web3 topics and it has in-house capacity to develop materials focused on AI applications for business and enterprise.

XLR8 was established by a group of professionals and practitioners who embrace the passion of value creation and have the ambition of spurring innovation and entrepreneurship while serving the greater common goods of sustainability and corporate accountability.
The philosophy behind XLR8 is to generate impactful value of entrepreneurship, especially for youth-led businesses. This allows XLR8 to engage with the cohort of young entrepreneurs (and also entrepreneurs-to-be): young Europeans constantly seek to bundle growth with social impact.
In a sense, XLR8 incarnates the entrepreneurial spirit of innovation with the traditional concepts of EU values.

XLR8 brings into the project also its ability to networking and disseminating information about the project activities and results. XLR8 belongs to many informal networks at pan-European level with practitioners, organisations (both academic and corporate) and policy stakeholders involved in the innovation and new / innovative technologies.
As such, the great value adding of XLR8 in the project is the connections with the participants in the European innovation ecosystem that is seldom integrated in Erasmus+ Cooperation Partnership projects. Also, being an SME, XLR8 brings the cross-fertilisation effect of the private sector collaborating with VET and Higher Education institutions in operational contexts that seldom bring in the participation of the enterprises and employers.
XLR8 is a dynamic company that can support exponentially the visibility of the project, also promoting the mainstreaming and adoption of EU #BB results outside of the partnership, especially in the concrete application in operational contexts of open innovation, innovation management, start-up ecosystem and EU research.
